A Mud Run Like No Other
Time For A Mud Run!
On Saturday 22nd October, our Warehouse Manager Mark Diggins and his son Sam took part in the Royal British Legion 10K Major Series for the second time this year. The obstacle course took place at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire and saw hundreds of people endure this cross country challenge that took them through muddy bogs, trenches and across wild terrain to help raise money for the RBL. When Mark completed the mud run in 1 hour 26 minutes, shaving off a impressive 23 minutes from his previous completion time in the March 10K Major Series.
The Royal British Legion provides support for members and veterans of the British Armed Forces, their families and dependants. Overall Mark raised £65 for the Poppy Appeal– the Royal British Legion’s biggest fundraising campaign held every year in November.
