Some of your delegates may not be comfortable being in a crowded conference room. International presenters no longer have to travel to present to your audience. We have the solution. A hybrid meeting combines in-person delegates, with the add-on of live streaming.

The success of our Streaming Studio during lockdown has positioned us as the streaming experts. Alongside providing the stage set and full AV support in your conference room, we can also live stream your event to your online audience.

Our camera team and streaming technicians can seamlessly broadcast a live mix of PowerPoint slides and live camera to delegates anywhere in the world. Common platforms are:

  • Zoom
  • MS Teams
  • YouTube
  • Swappcard (and other event platforms)

You don’t need to have a full-blown stage set, we can simply bring our streaming equipment to your premises, or you can perhaps hire a small conference room.
