Our event proposals are never just a technical list of equipment you won’t understand. We explain the equipment we’ll provide, what it does and how it will benefit your event. In addition, we produce a scaled 3D set design to show you exactly how the stage set will look. As the saying goes, ‘a picture paints a thousand words’.

Seamless Delivery

We understand that Association events tend to have a real mix of presenters, from trade experts, committee members, guest presenters and more. Our experienced technicians will oversee all slides, videos and microphones, to ensure a seamless event.
