Overview:

Engage Business Media typically hold 8-10 physical events in London. Due to the pandemic, and large gatherings not being allowed, they have quickly adapted and brought their events online.

They wanted a physical space where an event host could liaise with remote presenters from across Europe.

Studio Set Up:

A bespoke backdrop was designed to create the feel of a full working TV studio, and the results were rather impressive if we dare say so ourselves! Scripts and audience questions were relayed onto screens in front of the event hosts. Behind the scenes our technical crew of five, and three members of the Engage team, ensured everything ran to plan.

Presenters:

An event host was positioned in our studio each day. The host and the studio were the focal point of the event, while 18 presenters presented via Zoom each day. Keynote presenters included BrewDog, Pizza Hut, Bacardi and Tottenham Hotspur FC to name but a few. The host interacted with the remote presenters during their presentations and audience Q&A via a large screen in the studio.

A four-person panel ended each day, all via Zoom. Online delegates asked questions to the panel through the online platform Cvent, via the studio event host.

Technical Set Up:

Bespoke studio backdrop, a LIVE mix of cameras, remote presenters via Zoom, script and audience question screens for studio host. Studio lighting, sound, switching and streaming kit. All streamed live into the Cvent online event platform.

‘Three seamless days! You guys are amazing! Thank you so much.’
